What pressure should I inflate my paddleboard to?

Our paddle boards are designed to be inflated to 15 PSI (1 bar) to ensure maximum stability and rigidness.

How should I care for my board after each use?

Once you remove your board from the water, we recommend wiping off any sand, debris, or residual water that is still on your board with a clean cloth before deflating it.

To ensure no damage to the main fin, we suggest that you remove it before rolling up and storing your board in its backpack. 

Orders and Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, including American Express.

We also accept payment via PayPal, Shop Pay & Klarna, where you can split the cost of your order into 4 interest-free payments!

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

At Pacific Spirit Paddle Company, it is our goal to provide you with the best purchasing experience, and that includes getting your products shipped out as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to facilitate any order cancellations or modifications.

If you have not yet received a confirmation of shipment, please reach out to us and we will do our very best to assist you in any way we can.

Shipping and Order Status

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally! Unfortunately, all orders outside of Canada & The United States do not qualify for complimentary shipping and will have a shipping fee applied at checkout.

What qualifies for free shipping?

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping for all paddleboard purchases across most of North America.

Unfortunately, customers residing in Alaska, Hawaii, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon will incur a $50 shipping fee on paddleboard purchases, and a $10 charge for accessory only purchases.

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

Shipping within North America will range from 2-6 business days depending on your proximity to our Vancouver warehouse.

Orders placed before 12pm PST will almost always be dispatched same day!

I didn’t receive my order confirmation. What should I do?

Order confirmations will arrive to your inbox within 1 hour of your order being placed. If you do not receive the confirmation, please check your junk, or spam folder.

If after this you still do not have an order confirmation, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you!

How can I check the status of my order?

After your product has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and courier service being used.

You can check the status of your order by utilizing the tracking function on the website of the respective courier.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

At Pacific Spirit Paddle Company, it is our goal to provide you with the best purchasing experience, and that includes getting your products shipped out as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to facilitate changes to the shipping address.

However, if you notice that there is a mistake with your shipping address, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we can do our best to help you in any way we can. 

Returns and Refunds

How do I request a refund?

Changed your mind, no worries! To request a refund, please reach out to us at support@pacificspiritpaddlecompany.com. After the return has been processed, you will receive a return shipping label to your email. 

Products are eligible for return within 45 days of receiving them. Please note that all products must be unused and undamaged, inclusive of all original packaging and accessories. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping back to us. 

How long do refunds take to process?

Once your order has been returned to our warehouse, we will conduct a quick inspection to ensure that all accessories have been returned and that there has been no damage to the board or the provided accessories.

After this, it will take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear back on your original method of payment.
